❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I change or add someone to my roster?
- You can go to the Participants tab, there is a button with 3 dots towards the top right. There you can edit your responses. Note: This will not reflect in the site's UI but when we export the sheet, your responses will show and that's what we go off of for most up-to-date rosters. You can change your roster up until the start of the tournament
Where do I see the bracket?
- The bracket will be viewable on this page after the tournament starts. Make sure to refresh to see the live updates
How do I communicate with my opponent?
- There is a match chatroom feature built into the site! If you click and open your match bracket cell, you will be able to go to the Matchroom and communicate with your opponent. You may also choose to communicate with your opponent via Discord. Be sure to check matchroom as that is the default communication channel for many players
How long should I wait for my opponent to respond?
- Matches are played as they become available. Once a match becomes available (i.e. both teams have completed their previous match) teams should wait no more than 15 minutes to start their lobbies.
- If there is an excessive wait time or any other issues that come up during a match, please notify an admin ASAP; if a team is found to be delaying a match they are subject to disqualification
What do I do if I have a BYE as my opponent? What is a BYE?
- Some teams may end up with a BYE round to start, a BYE just means that you have a free round while other teams play each other. Enjoy the break and wait on standby for your next available matchup in the next round!
I have multiple questions, where do I go?
- Many questions can be answered by reviewing the fully detailed ruleset. If you have questions not found in the ruleset, please reach out in the CG discord or contact the admin
